Morning Glory Ipomeae cairica  is a liana in the Convolvulaceae (Sweet Potato)  family which  is widely planted in tropical gardens worldwide.

At Tawau Hills Park HQ in Sabah (Malaysian Borneo)   Morning Glory  is growing in the surrounding  scrub and  forest edge  and now covers  the tall mesh fence surrounding the car park at at Park HQ.

Morning Glory leaves and flowers are a favorite food for the two family groups of Red Langurs (Presbytis rubicunda)  that live  in the forest surrounding Park HQ.

Most days one or other of the two families will spend a couple of  hours in the late afternoon feeding on the flowers and leaves.

Both groups of red langurs are habituated to human presence and are not disturbed by photographers if they do not get too close.
